Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PON2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PON2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PON2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PON2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where PON2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
