Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PON2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,170 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PON2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CROT, VKORC1L1, and AKAP9. Each is linked with PON2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON2-to-partner and partner-to-PON2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PON2 versus CROT in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PON2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PON2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
