PON2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PON2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,005 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PON2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL275P, RN7SKP44, and MIR1255B2. Each is linked with PON2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON2-to-partner and partner-to-PON2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL275P grouped by PON2-low versus PON2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PON2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PON2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
