PON2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PON2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PON2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with PON2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON2-to-partner and partner-to-PON2 results are reported.
