POMZP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMZP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,051 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMZP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, BAZ1B, and ECHDC1. Each is linked with POMZP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMZP3-to-partner and partner-to-POMZP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POMZP3 versus GTF2I in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMZP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMZP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
