POMT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,514 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP20, DPH7, and MIGA2. Each is linked with POMT1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMT1-to-partner and partner-to-POMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POMT1 versus USP20 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
