POMT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,934 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF3C4, WDR5, and BRD3. Each is linked with POMT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMT1-to-partner and partner-to-POMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POMT1 versus GTF3C4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
