POMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,963 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS2L1, MAPK12, and HCAR1. Each is linked with POMT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMT1-to-partner and partner-to-POMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAS2L1 grouped by POMT1-low versus POMT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
