POMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 750 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF20, AWAT2, and TFDP3. Each is linked with POMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMT1-to-partner and partner-to-POMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF20 grouped by POMT1-low versus POMT1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
