POMP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,001 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAP18, UCHL3, and GTF2F2. Each is linked with POMP in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMP-to-partner and partner-to-POMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POMP versus SAP18 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
