POMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-271P, RNA5SP387, and RNU6-1274P. Each is linked with POMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMP-to-partner and partner-to-POMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-271P grouped by POMP-low versus POMP-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
