Across TCGA cell cohorts, POMP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,812 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle assembly involved in female meiosis, Centromeric sister chromatid cohesion, and Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with POMP in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMP-to-partner and partner-to-POMP results are reported.
