Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POMK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POMK data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher POMK Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POMK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and SKCM are the cancer types where POMK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
