Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,926 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2_S342, TPX2_S486, and PRPF3. Each is linked with POMK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMK-to-partner and partner-to-POMK results are reported.
