Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,580 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POMK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, ACTB, and RN7SKP261. Each is linked with POMK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMK-to-partner and partner-to-POMK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMK→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
