Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMGNT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,354 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMGNT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPM2AIP1, RGS3, and ISG20. Each is linked with POMGNT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMGNT2-to-partner and partner-to-POMGNT2 results are reported.
