POMGNT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMGNT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,610 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMGNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL2, PLEK, and FERMT3. Each is linked with POMGNT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMGNT2-to-partner and partner-to-POMGNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POMGNT2 versus CCL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMGNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMGNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
