POMGNT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMGNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,224 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMGNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, RPL23AP82, and WDHD1. Each is linked with POMGNT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMGNT2-to-partner and partner-to-POMGNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by POMGNT2-low versus POMGNT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMGNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMGNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
