Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMGNT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,009 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMGNT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IRF4, GMPPA, and RCN2. Each is linked with POMGNT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMGNT1-to-partner and partner-to-POMGNT1 results are reported.
