POMGNT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POMGNT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,387 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POMGNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITM2A, RABGAP1, and PRMT1. Each is linked with POMGNT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POMGNT1-to-partner and partner-to-POMGNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POMGNT1 versus ITM2A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POMGNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POMGNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
