The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher POM121L9P mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POM121L9P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.
