Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POM121 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POM121 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher POM121 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POM121 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where POM121 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
