POLRMTP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLRMTP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,204 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLRMTP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2, BAZ1B, and CCS_S267. Each is linked with POLRMTP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLRMTP1-to-partner and partner-to-POLRMTP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLRMTP1 versus ATAD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLRMTP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLRMTP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
