Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR3K Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POLR3K data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher POLR3K Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR3K expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SKCM are the cancer types where POLR3K Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
