Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR3F mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POLR3F data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher POLR3F mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR3F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and GBM show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where POLR3F mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
