POLR3C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,133 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, PRCC, and C1orf35. Each is linked with POLR3C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3C-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
