POLR3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,729 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX50, NOLC1, and DDX21. Each is linked with POLR3A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3A-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR3A versus DDX50 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
