POLR3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,215 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP4, POLR3E, and IFFO1. Each is linked with POLR3A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3A-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR3A versus GIMAP4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
