POLR3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRD4, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with POLR3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3A-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRD4 grouped by POLR3A-low versus POLR3A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
