Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,059 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription by RNA polymerase III, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase III promoter, and Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with POLR3A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3A-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3A results are reported.
