Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR2L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POLR2L data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher POLR2L Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR2L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and PRAD are the cancer types where POLR2L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
