POLR2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,731 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD151, EPS8L2, and SLC25A22. Each is linked with POLR2L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2L-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2L versus CD151 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
