Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,572 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP64, CSF3R, and BCL2A1. Each is linked with POLR2L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2L-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2L versus RN7SKP64 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
