POLR2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA16, RNU6-340P, and MIR1263. Each is linked with POLR2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2L-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA16 grouped by POLR2L-low versus POLR2L-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
