POLR2K

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2K RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,703 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2K-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OTUD6B, YTHDF3, and PABPC1. Each is linked with POLR2K in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2K-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2K versus OTUD6B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
