POLR2K

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2K protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,425 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2K-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRNP40, RAE1, and SNRPC. Each is linked with POLR2K in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2K-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2K versus SNRNP40 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
