Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2K mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2K-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSTR5, RNU4-13P, and SMIM11A. Each is linked with POLR2K in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2K-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2K results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSTR5 grouped by POLR2K-low versus POLR2K-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
