Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR2K RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,780 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2K-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Blastocyst growth, Somatic recombination of immunoglobulin gene segments, and Protein localization to kinetochore. Each is linked with POLR2K in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2K-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2K results are reported.
