Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR2J3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,498 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2J3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and snoRNA guided rRNA pseudouridine synthesis. Each is linked with POLR2J3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2J3-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2J3 results are reported.
