POLR2I

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2I RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,414 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2I-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTR3, PIK3CD, and PYCARD. Each is linked with POLR2I in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2I-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2I results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2I versus ACTR3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2I→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2I) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
