Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2I protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,864 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2I-associated genes across cancer lineages are SALL2, NRIP2, and ZNF14. Each is linked with POLR2I in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2I-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2I results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2I versus SALL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2I→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2I) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
