Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR2I RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,421 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2I-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal snRNP assembly, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, and Free ubiquitin chain polymerization. Each is linked with POLR2I in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2I-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2I results are reported.
