Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR2H Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POLR2H data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher POLR2H Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR2H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

MESO, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where POLR2H Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
