Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,511 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIF1, ATAD2, and ILKAP. Each is linked with POLR2D in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2D-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2D versus RIF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
