POLR2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,047 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK1, FBXO7, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with POLR2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2D-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAPK1 grouped by POLR2D-low versus POLR2D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
