POLR2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2D mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are Class-switched memory B-cells, Erythrocytes, and Astrocytes. Each is linked with POLR2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2D-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Class-switched memory B-cells grouped by POLR2D-low versus POLR2D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
