Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,997 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle process, Positive regulation of cytokinesis, and Positive regulation of cell cycle. Each is linked with POLR2D in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2D-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2D results are reported.
