POLR2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,040 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAICS, PPAT, and UBAP2L. Each is linked with POLR2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2B-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2B versus PAICS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
