Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,141 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1A, GAR1, and NDFIP1. Each is linked with POLR2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2B-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1A grouped by POLR2B-low versus POLR2B-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
