POLR2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with POLR2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2B-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by POLR2B-low versus POLR2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
